The air float pod is a robust float system designed for commercial use. The inflatable structure is comprised of 4 sealed air inflation cells (main body, back roof, front roof and door) each cell is 3 inches thick and made from DWF space yarn. Additionally there are 4 safety supports. The 2 central GRP rods and 2 front safety brackets which are all neatly sleeved away from view. The inlet and outlet ports are located above the waterline negating the need for any holes below the waters surface. These integrate with a module that houses the client sound and light controls along with the circulation and surface skimmer plumbing. The entire unit sits on a flat 3 inch inflatable base which like the structure above gives excellent sound and heat insulation. The internal float area dimensions are 8’6” x 4”6’ and filled to a depth of 11 inches with 203 gallons of salt solution. The entire solution has a specific gravity of 1-1.27 and is maintained consistently @ 94 deg relaxed skin temperature.
